THE FIRST MONTHS...

As you know, pregnancy is a beautiful but also stressful moment of a woman's life, that is the reason why it is essential to have  some useful tips you can practice to help you to go through this phase of your life in a happier and relaxed way.

1.First of all it is essential for you start taking the vitamin supplements (iron, calcium and folic acid) your doctor has recommended you, this to keep you, and your baby, strong and healthy and to avoid future problems.

      2. If you are going through the first three months of your pregnancy, you are probably feeling dizziness and nausea already, specially in the morning or when you smell or eat certain kinds of food; or probably you are one of the lucky woman who do not feel a thing. But if you are struggling with this annoying condition there are some things you can do to feel way better:

-  Drink some mint tea in the morning before you take your breakfast.
-  Eat a small piece of ginger, this will not only help you with your nausea but also with any kind of headache.
- Avoid salty or too sweet foods.
- If it is hard for you to accept any kind of food, start having small portions of it during the day, it will help you to feel fuller and you will digest everything in a better way. One cause of nausea is to spend long periods of time without eating a thing, this makes your sugar levels go too low producing you dizziness.
- Have healthy snacks at hand. Like fruits, peanuts, nuts, salt crackers and yogurt.

       3. Sleep more hours, it is important for you and your baby to rest because of all the changes you are going through in this moment.

         4.  Work out! Being pregnant does not mean you have to sleep during the whole day or stay in the coach watching tv; go for a walk, practice some yoga (according to your doctor's approbation), ride a bike or do any kind of thing that makes you feel more active. Even if you don't believe it, workouts will help you to feel more energetic and productive.

       5. Start thinking on your diet. It means you have to start  including more fruits, vegetables, dairy and protein in your daily diet, this is the time when you and your baby need the best food you can get in order to receive the essential vitamins your body demands.

         6. Finally and ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TIPS. Keep yourself hydrated! Drink lots of water, eat fruits and have some nuts. Besides it. look for an effective and nice hydrating cream that includes components like collagen, shea butter, coconut oil, almonds oil, or elastin; and apply it twice a day as minimun to prevent the terrible and undesirable stretch marks caused for a weak and dehydrated skin.
Remember that creams and water are effective if you are constant and you keep your weight gain levels in a healthy number.
